1: WHEN PLAYING JOE QUADRI'S ACTION TENNIS (PLAY LIKE THE PROS)® ALL THE REGULAR RULES OF TENNIS APPLY. HOWEVER, ACTION TENNIS DOES COME WITH A RULE BOOK THAT EASILY NAVIGATES YOU THROUGH THE GAME, BUT ALSO EXPLAINS THE GAME OF TENNIS IN VERY EASY TERMS.

2: WHEN YOU DRAW A CARD, YOU MAY PLAY YOUR HOT STREAK OR LOSING STREAK IN CONSECUTIVE POINTS RATHER THAN CONSECUTIVE GAMES AS OUTLINED IN THE RULEBOOK. FOR EXAMPLE..."HOT PLAY 5 POINTS" or "HOT PLAY 5 GAMES"...IT'S YOUR CHOICE!! PLAYERS MUST DECIDE WHETHER TO PLAY "POINTS OR GAMES" BEFORE THE MATCH BEGINS.

3: WHEN YOU DRAW A CARD AND THE CARD INDICATES NO POINT WON DURING THE TURN, YOU MAY NOW EARN THE POINT BY ROLLING 1 REGULAR DIE (NUMBERED 1-6) WITH THE HIGHEST ROLL WINNING THE POINT. UNLESS THE CARD SAYS REPLAY THE POINT.

4: THE TERM LET/OUT IS FEATURED ON THE GAME BOARD. IN ADDITION TO WHAT IS OUTLINED IN THE GAME'S RULEBOOK, PLAYERS ALSO HAVE THE OPTION TO CONSIDER LET/OUT TO BE A FAULT (ALLOWING THE PLAY TO MOVE ON) OR AN ARGUMENT BETWEEN THE PLAYERS. IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN THE SPINNER LANDS ON LET/OUT THIS MEANS THAT THE SERVER IS CALLING A LET AND THE RECEIVER IS SAYING "NO, THE SERVE WAS OUT!" WHEN THE SPINNER LANDS ON LET/OUT BOTH PLAYERS PICK UP 1 REGULAR DIE (NUMBERED 1-6) WITH THE HIGHEST ROLL WINNING THE ARGUMENT AND/OR POINT. THEREFORE, THE DIE TAKES ON THE ROLL OF THE UMPIRE AND IN THE END THE HIGHEST ROLE DETERMINES WHO WINS THE ARGUMENT AND/OR POINT.

Refund Policy

All transactions are final. If any error has occurred regarding your receipt or the contents of this product please contact joeq@telus.net and we will ensure that it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Indemnities/Shipping/Loss/Missing Parts/Damage

In the event game parts are missing please contact joeq@telus.net within 24 hours of receipt of the product (in accordance to our respective shipping policies/delivery dates/times and delivery confirmation) to ensure the replacement of any missing parts. In the event your order is damaged in shipment please contact joeq@telus.net We will address, assess, and resolve any questions, concerns or issues with damaged product on a case by case basis. In the event this product is not fully and accurately itemized as per the contents listed on the product's box bottom no refunds will be issued only replacements of those parts will be issued as per our aforementioned policy. Please note: replacing parts does not include the completion (or running out of) of score/game cards. Though we will do our very best to ensure your order is shipped to you within the correct shipping time, Cell Renew 2000 Inc., Royal Sports Monaco and its affiliate fulfillment house is not held responsible for delayed or late arrivals as various factors may be involved while your product is in transit. Customers ordering product from within the US (domestic) will pay no additional fees. Customers ordering product from outside of the US (international) may be subject to additional import fees per the import laws of each respective country. We will do our very best to respond to all emails in an expeditious manner concerning any shipping concerns.

Purchasing Product/Credit Card Policy

Product will not be shipped until your credit card has been accepted and processed by our processing department. Cell Renew 2000 Inc. and Royal Sports Monaco will not be held responsible for any credit card that is lost or stolen and is used to purchase our product by an unauthorized holder of your card. All sales are final as it relates to the aforementioned policy/issue.
